I have a teaching diploma in meditation.

I entered the world of holistic therapies after seeing the lack of support for individuals suffering with mental health issues in this country and mostly in the area where I live. 

I worked in criminal law for years but had a gift for helping others and I changed career. I love helping others and seeing the light coming back into peoples lives.

I could always pick up on people’s feelings and wanted to do more to help and contribute.

  Every day I do this work is like a dream coming through.

I love the Havening Technique and seeing the difference this technique made in peoples lives in a short space of time  is absolutely amazing. 

After using the technique with my clients in particular with trauma I was amazed at how quick it worked.
